How can I apply to ADAPT?
You must first make a housing application for accommodation by contacting either of the following housing partners:

- Coastal Housing Group - Tel 01792 479200 ( www.coastalhousing.co.uk )
- Pobl - Tel 0800 012 1080 ( www.poblgroup.co.uk )
- Caredig - Tel 01792 460192 ( www.caredig.co.uk )
Once your application has been accepted, they will then refer your application direct to ADAPT.
Do I need to apply to all 4 of the partners seperately?No - you need only to apply to one of the Housing Providers listed above. If you are accepted onto the ADAPT waiting list, you will be eligible for consideration for any suitable adapted accommodation owned by any of the partners within Swansea.
What happens once my application is referred to ADAPT?Initially you will be contacted by ADAPT in order to arrange an assessment of your housing needs. This will help us determine whether you are suitable for the ADAPT waiting list and if you require a further assessment by an Occupational Therapist.
