Meet the ADAPT Team

Carol Phillips (Project Co-Ordinator)
Carol has been the ADAPT Project Co-Ordinator since September 2007. Having worked in the housing sector since 1997, she has broad knowledge and experience in the field. Carol’s responsibility is to ensure the service is run efficiently and our customers are treated fairly with respect in order to assist with finding suitably adapted housing to meet their needs.

Lee Hendry (Project Administrator)
Lee has worked with ADAPT since it was launched in 2006. A very experienced and helpful member of staff who is the first point of contact when your referral is made to ADAPT.

Emma Denyer (ADAPT Housing Assistant)
Emma has recently joined the team as our Housing Assistant. She has worked in the housing sector with the Local Authority for the past 8 years and is responsible for home visits to undertake an assessment of your housing needs.
